What I know

I would say I know a lot about helping kids pick healthier choices. We have a lot of trainings on this so we can bring it back to our families, but I really enjoy this topic. One of the biggest things for making healthier choices is how your brain develop. Your brain is more likely to develop faster when you make healthy choices, because your brain needs to be well hydrated and needs a lot of oxygen. The more you move is better for your brain. Your  brain has a mind line and the more you cross it the brain the more you brain develops.  I think it is one of the most important ones is the kids development.
Kids really learn a lot when they are move and exercising and they don't even know it. Kids learn through there play and don't even know it. They are learning there space and how much room there bodies take up. So there don't run into things and there peers. They are also learning how to march or jump or skip, how to move there feet. They learn how to talk to there peers and about what they are doing. The list can go on and on about how much there are learning.
They can learn about rhythm and rhyming and counting. You can put all that in to a song and the kids love it. They will also learn the words and tell each other if one is not doing it right or if they are just doing it different. There is really so much kids learn by just being a little active. They don't even know it and you don't know it in till you really look at it what you just did with them.

  1. Can you repost your second section 'Why I'm Writing' that lists the questions you want to research. I need to refer to it before I can react to this, but I'm not sure where it is.
