Week 7 I Pads

I like the thought of every child having i pads. I also think sometimes we are over useing them, and our children are not learning things that they should. When I was looking at the different web sits I just loved this one. I think this was great way of using the i pads.

A Classroom Transformed by the iPad

I found this great video over at iPads in Education, and I really love how well it shows the uses of iPads (or tablet computers) in the classroom. You can get some great tips about how to actually utilize the devices in your lessons. Watch how this teacher uses the iPads for so many different subject areas and classroom tasks. He uses the iPad for projects, class communication, collecting work, student exploration, and play. The kids are clearly engaged and empowered by their iPads, and it seems to make this classroom a fun and enriching place for these students.  I total agree with this they way he is useing the i pads. They are learning so much by shearing, and still doing this on there own.

About what I'm going to blog about

I would like blog about weddings, I'm getting married Auguest 10, 2013. I have been doing a lot of learning and looking at a lot of web sites, and a lot of research. I have started a to do list. I use http://pinterest.com/all/?category=weddings a lot. It has some great ideas on it, I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing to do on the tables. Pinterest has been great for different ideas.

My name is Holli Hardison, I have a great family. I have two girls one is almost five and the other is almost two. Their dad is also great and soon to be my husben.  I work full time at child and Family, it is a head start and daycare. I love my job that's way I picked to go to school for early childhood education. That is me in a little nut shell.
