I'm writing about my favorite road, it is called The Fox Hill Road.It is our family camp road, to me it is the best camp ever. The road is about four miles long and a lot of memories everywhere. I grew up on this back road I learned how to drive on it. Lots of fun times on this road. The road is not all fun, it takes a lot of work to keep the road up to good driving. Ever season we are doing something to the road to help it be a little smoother.
I will start with in the spring there is a lot of work to do, before we start very driving to camp everyday. The road gets very muddy. When it gets very muddy we try to drag it. What we drag it with is a different story, we have used trees, old bed box springs, what every we can drag it with. We drag the road to help it stay dry so it is not so muddy. It takes a long time to drag the whole road and a couple of four wheelers or we use the skidder. This is what we do in the spring time, and get ready for the summer.
When the next season comes is summer. We need to cut some of the raspberry or the blackberries, or some of the trees back from the road. I like this season because the boys are the ones how do the cutting, and I get out of it. The boys use the chainsaws to do the cutting so this don't take that much time. There is a bunch of them that go and do the cutting. Some times we all get lucky and our friend who has a tracker will do it for us. It takes him no time at all, than we can all get to camp and enjoy it.
Than we get the fall and the real hard work starts. We try to fill in some of the hole from the summer. That means we have to fill the trucks you with dirt and keep stopping to fill in the hole on the road. This takes a lot of hard work and a lot of time. Even if you get a couple of use doing this. This is my least favorite season because it means a lot of hard work is coming and means the summer is over and winter is coming.
The cold has set in and it is snowing and winter time. We try to plow the ride and maybe sand the road if it really bad. We still go down to the camp in the winter time to go ice fishing. I like to ride when we are plowing in less we get stuck and that is no fun. On some of the hills we need to put some sand down so we don't get stuck on them. The winter does not take as much work or time because the trucks are doing the work and not me I like that part.
We put a lot of work into our camp road but it is so worth it. We enjoy every little thing about the road, and not only being able to drive on it. If I think about how the road would be if we did not do the keep up with it, it would not be a fun ride at all. We get to enjoy the wild berries, on the roads. We also love to watch the wild life you never know what you will see on the road, deer or eagles any kinds of animals. This road has been a big part of my life so I like to be able to put the work back into it.

Fianl Exam Roads
The road I'm talking about is about four miles long and it is all dirt road. It is called The Fox Hill Road, it is the name of our family camp road. To me it is the best road ever, I grew up on it. The fun I have had on it, when we were kids we would ride in the back of the trucks. Another good thing is no one else goes on the road. The few people who do ride on it are some how family or friends. The best part of it being a dirt road there are skidder roads everywhere.
When we were kids we were always walking to camp for something to do. I still love to walk on the camp road when I have time to. Than when we were older we could drive back and fourth. That was very fun, we would always forget thing so we could drive back out to get thing. Driving the four-wheelers was good times also, would be covered in mud or dust. We would also sled down it in the winter, but the walk back was never fun. We still go sledding down it, but now we have four-wheelers to pull us back up the hill. We would drive anything we could get going, and would have fun on the ride.
Another good part of the road is not a lot of people drive on it.You could drive very fast on the road if you wanted to and not have to worry about hitting someone. We might of done that a lot when we were kids. You can stop in the middle of the road and pick some black berries and raspberries. You would not have to worry about being in someones way. Another good part that people don't drive on the road, is when we are sledding down the hill. You don't want to meet anyone driving up the hill while you are sledding down. You can also just take a quit ride, to get away from everything and everyone. It is a long ride, but a very nice quit ride.
The different roads that branch off from the Fox Hill Road. I could not even tell you how many there are, at lest fifty roads. My brother has a skidder and makes roads everywhere with it. I love the roads off the main road, you never know if you will make it throw to the other side or not. That is where the fun is not knowing if you will get stuck or not. We also just ride on them to see what we can, like a doe with her lamb.or a moose, and all kinds of birds eagles the list goes on and on with what you could see for wild life.
I have so many good memories on this road. I hope my girls can love and enjoy the off road like I did. There is so much you can get out of a dirt road and a lot of people don't even know it. Like the wild life and wild berries and just a quit ride things like that. These are why it is my favorite road in the world it means so much to me.
Effect Essay
It is coming up every season, and it is no fun to do. I'm talking about blue berry raking. My dad owns two blue berry field, so I have always had to rake them every year in August . My parents have had my brothers and sisters, and me in the field ever since we were kids. None of us like doing it but it helps them out and the money helps make it worth it. It takes a lot of hard work to keep the field up.
We have to burn one of the fields every other year. What ever field we burn we have to wait a year before we can rake it. We burn one field and rake the other field. First we have to walk the whole field and put hay down, so the field will burn. When that is all done, than we have a little bit of fun and get to start burning it. It dose not take long and the work starts again. After if is burning we have to walk around the fields again with water tanks on our backs. To put some of the fire out if it gets to bad. Sometimes if you are lucky you get to ride a four wheeler around instead of walking.
Than the real fun starts in August. We start raking and it is very hard work. We don't have the best fields so in a day you can rake maybe ten boxes. There just is not a lot of blue berries, but a big field and you can't leave any berries behind. Our boxes are five gallon bucket's and it takes a long time to fill on all the way up. Than when you have to carry the bucket back to the end of the field with out spilling it. We have spilled many of them and nothing makes you more mad than final getting a bucket filled and than spilling it.
At the end of the day you have to dump the buckets of blue berries into boxes that the factors give you. If you have done this with out spilling it ever where you are doing good. When all the buckets are into boxes you have to write down who had what and how many boxes of blue berries. Than you load the boxes of blue berries up in the truck and bring them to the factors. Our work is almost done for the day the last thing is you have to unload the blue berries boxes onto a scale to see what the weight is. You get paid by the weight so you want a lot of weight, but when you are carrying the boxes you don't want the weight. You get tired of moving when the weight is high.
At the end of the day who does not like a little bit of hard work. I will say it is getting easier because we can make the younger kids do the harder work and sit back and tell them what to do. The blue berries come every year in August along with the hard work. We might not get a lot of berries but we still rake them every year. I always like to help my parents, when I can. My parents don't pay me for helping them, but I really don't get to help them a lot only on the weekends. If you ever need to find me in August you will now where to look on the weekends, I will be in the blue berry fields. Process essy
Our family is thinking about getting a puppy. Just thinking about the steps we will have to take to get ready for one. Will we be ready for another dog? They are a lot of work and need a lot of time, I don't have time for a dog with two kids and working full time and taking classes. Than I think about how much my girls would love to have a puppy, they would be so happy. My oldest girls would help me with the dog a lot to she likes helping me with that kind of stuff, feeding them and letting the puppy outside. There is a lot to look into like a vet and getting a fence and making sure it is will be a good family pet.
One of the steps will be find a good vet around Ellsworth. There are a couple of vets around, so I will just have to look at them. I will also look at the prices to, because vets can be costly for shots and whatever else they might need. The vet will have to be easily to get into with kids and with a puppy. I don't think I will have a problem finding a vet, it will just take a little bit of time I hope.
The next thing we will have to get a some kind of a safety fence. Getting the fence set up before we get a puppy is going to be another part to get done before we get a puppy. Our last dog ran out in the road and got hit, so it is very import to have a safety fence. We will also need to set up a dog ran, so it can go outside with out us sometimes. We will have to set up a spot for the puppy's bed and a space for him. Do any other safety things before we get the puppy, so we will be ready for the puppy.
One of the biggest sets is to make sure the puppy is a family pet. It will have to be good with kids, but if we get a puppy it will grow up with kids and be good around kids. I always have people over to visit and the girls have friends over to. The puppy will have to be friendly with other people. We want a friendly puppy and a puppy that will play outside a lot with us.

the fixed part of graf 3 of the final- hair
When I think about my hair I think about how I should be bald. I have
been doing things to my hair since I was about thirteen years old. I
think it is just hair and it will grow back some time. I have been
really lucky with my hair it always comes back just as nice. My hair has
been straight and put together and not to crazy and out of control. My
hair is healthy looking and not all dry and unhealthy. I feel really
lucky in this way.
When I was a kid my sisters friend would always do our hair. I would be up for anything we would shave the back of it. Color the sides green or pink what ever color we had. She would curl it and would burn me about ever time. I would still let her do my hair, I'm not sure way I keep letting her do it after the first burn, I should of learned. We had fun and I could fit in with the big kids and was one of them for a while. I also liked getting my hair done, and having someone do it for me. I should of know than I was going to be high needs with my hair.
It is funny to think about those days as we were kids just playing around. As much as we did to our hair we were learning too. We learned not to try to curl your hair when it's wet, it smokes a lot and it is not good for your hair. We did that a lot we did not want to wait for it to dry. We also learned if you cut it to cut it a little longer than you want it, because you can always go back and cut more but if you cut it to short there is nothing to do but have short hair. We would always cut our bangs to short and they would just stick out and not a good look. We did learn a lot about our hair like how long it took to grow back to be able to cut it again. We also new about how long we would have to wait to be able to die our hair again another color. We changed our colors a lot one month it would be one and next month it would change to another color.
We have done everything to my hair from straighten, perming, coloring, highlighting, cut it. I really like to straighten my hair and it straightens very easy. Ever now and than I like to change it up and do a perm I also like all the curls. I have been real lucky with the perms no bad ones yet, but I do the big curls not the small curls. I think the big curls look good with my hair. I have not colored it for a long time, but I still highlight it a lot. I go about every three or four months and redo my highlights. I also grow my hair out and when I'm tired of long hair I will have her cut it very short. I like to change my hair up with cutting it short or having it long. I think sometimes they are to hard to keep up with my hair the highlights and cutting it. Than I thank My friend who does all that for my thank god for her. She make my hair look good for me at all times.

I think the paper is correct most of the time with the stories. It is very helpful to be able to know what is going on around you. I like the set up of the paper online or just the paper that you can get in the mail.
This was what the article was about a little girl who had been sick for the last four years. The name stuck with me and the picture of her stuck with me also, but I could not figure out who she was. The poor little girl had Lyme disease and no doctor could figure it out. She ended up going to Connecticut to a doctor and he finally found out that she had Lyme disease. I was telling my parents and my sister about the story and my sister told me that it was sally who my niece showed and took care of there goats with. I felt so bad for her, because she is a very good kid and was always happy. She is know helping organize a community "Tick Talk" and she is the one talking to schools things like that. I think it is a great thing what she is doing.
